In April 2009, David Falk was appointed President New York Tri-State Region of Newmark. Falk’s business is centered on both tenant and landlord representation in the acquisition and disposition of office space. Within the last two years, he has been involved in the leasing of more than 3 million square feet of space.

Jonathan Franzel joined Newmark in 2013 and currently serves as a Managing Director in the firm’s New York headquarters. Franzel works directly with President of New York Tri-State Region David Falk, representing tenants and landlords in both lease and sale transactions, principally in the New York metropolitan area. In 2017, Franzel was selected by New York Commercial Observer as one of its “30 Under 30: The Best and the Brightest of NYC Real Estate.”

Executive Managing Director Jason T. Greenstein is an integral member of President of the New York Tri-State Region David A. Falk’s team. Since joining Newmark in 2001, Greenstein has provided strategic real estate advisory services to both tenants and owners worldwide.
